Our ISO 27001 certification demonstrates our commitment to keeping our customer's information secure, through our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Our ISMS is the framework of policies and procedures that includes legal, physical and technical controls involved in Stannp's information risk management processes.

ISO /IEC 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems

Our ISO 14001 certification is a testament to all the effort we've put in to reducing our GHG emissions, improving our waste management and working towards a brighter and greener planet.

We are also committed to our continue efforts to reduce our effect on the environment, as well as encourage the people we work with to do the same.

Royal Mail: PAF Accreditation

Stannp is accredited by Royal Mail as a Postal Address File (PAF) partner. The PAF contains information on over 1.8 million UK postcodes and over 30 million residential and business addresses.

We use this information in our FREE data cleaning service, which cleans your data as it is uploaded and verifies the addresses against the PAF.

Royal Mail: Mail Made Easy Partner

Stannp is accredited by Royal Mail as a Mail Made Easy partner.

Mail Made Easy partners are selected by Royal Mail for "their years of expertise, exceptional customer service and proven track record of delivering successful campaigns."

ICO Registration

Stannp is a registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a Data Processor, registration number ZA134992.

When you upload data to your Stannp.com account you retain full control of the data. Anything we do with the data is on your behalf and under your instruction, but it remains your data not ours, and is only retained on the platform for as long as you want to it be there, you can delete your data at any time.

Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 11

Stannp are proud to be a supplier of Cloud Software on the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 11 Framework.

This CCS Framework allows Public Sector organisations to access Stannp's services, accessed over the internet and hosted in the cloud.

CCS Postal Goods, Services & Solutions Framework RM6017

Stannp have been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Services Postal Goods, Services & Solutions framework Lot 7.

Forest Carbon and Carbon Capture Scheme

We have signed up to both the Forest Carbon and Carbon Capture schemes through our suppliers, Premier Paper and Antalis, to offset the carbon emissions involved in our production.

For each paper or envelope purchase, we pay an additional charge which is donated to either the Woodland Trust or the Forest Carbon scheme to support the creation of new native woodland across the UK.

As a business associate involved in the processing of patient information, we are HIPAA compliant, offering assurances to our clients that we comply to and follow strict physical, network and process security measures when handling protected health information (PHI).
